Welcome Back

Dear Parents and Students:

Welcome to the opening of another school year!  As you are aware, Pleasants County Schools take great pride in maintaining a tradition of excellence.  As superintendent, I challenge our faculties to take ownership of their schools, to foster a school climate that is nurturing and a culture that does not accept failure.  I encourage our students to become actively involved in their studies and in the extracurricular activities at their school.  On the same token, I encourage parents to play an active role in their child's education both at home and at school.  Collectively we can accomplish great work and our students will be very successful.  At the start of each school year, I think it is important we remind parents of certain district policies that are impactful for every student as follows:
