BACF All-Star Pep Band

BACF All-Star Pep Band

Area Bands are invited to send representatives to be members of the All-Star Pep Band for the 2024 Battle Against Cystic Fibrosis Family of Schools All-Star Football Game. The game will be Friday, May 31 at Bill Hanlin Stadium at St. Marys High School. The past two years we have averaged 65 band members. Our goal is 75 this year!

If your school has any participating members register, PDFs of the music will be sent to the director.

We will have a rehearsal on the evening of Thursday, May 30 from 5:30-8 PM at St. Marys High School. The All-Star Pep Band will play in the end-zone during the BACF All-Star Football Game and on the field at half time on Friday, May 31 at St. Marys High School.

Music will be emailed to the high school band directors to distribute to their participating students.

For the game on Friday, May 31, the students will be seated in the endzone and perform “stand tunes” during the game, between quarters, as well as play music on the field at half time. We would also play the WVU and Ohio State fight songs for touchdowns.

This will be a fun environment, where students will have fun playing music together with members of bands from around the area for the all-star game.

We ask that each represented school send a “chaperone” for rehearsal as well as the game.

Uniform- your school’s summer band uniform OR BACF T-shirt if we are able to get them.

Percussion- please bring your own drums.

Students are asked to register by Wed. May 22 at: https://forms.office.com/r/94RiJ35Ads

Thank you,
Eric Croasmun, BACF Band Coordinator & Bridgette Bowen-Casto, BACF Band Director
