5th and 6th grade band students helped Mr. Jones assemble new music stands purchased by the Pleasants Community Foundation.

PCMS Student Council organized and supplied students with materials to create inspirational placemats for Belmont Healthcare Center as part of Kindness Week.
Students created and wrote inspirational messages on "blessing bags" as part of Kindness Week. PCMS staff will give the bags out to individuals in need. ❤️🤍💙
Mrs. Eisenbarth and Mrs. Bennett's class celebrated Kindness Week by making and delivering cookies to some hometown heroes! 🍪
The PCMS cooks celebrated Kindness Week by having an estimation candy jar per grade level. The winning estimation from each grade level received a blanket and candy! ❤️🤍💙
Congratulations to the students that found the Kindness eggs and Golden eggs hidden around PCMS!
🎼 Both of our Bands received straight 1's from all three judges for an overall rating of I- Superior for 2025! 🎶

Physical forms can be found on the WVSSAC Website, under the Sports Medicine Tab: Physical Form and in the main office. Congratulations to the 7th grade students selected for the Elks Youth Government Day on May 12th. Government Day is part of the youth week activities sponsored by the St. Marys Elks Lodge 1701. Students will have the opportunity to job shadow courthouse employees, and participate in a mock trial with the County Prosecutor.

Students have been busy during PCMS Kindness Week completing different activities. Many have volunteered to help in the clothing closet, created artistic placemats for the local nursing home, designed thinking of you cards, read to students at BES, brightened up the outside of PCMS with positive sidewalk chalk messages, etc.
PCMS students brought kindness back around yesterday in their western attire!
