Students are encouraged to read 20 minutes a day for at least 15 days each month. Students who meet their monthly reading goal will earn a FREE Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pizza! 🎉🍕

🥎🏆 UNDEFEATED CHAMPIONS! 🏆🥎 Last week, we celebrated our amazing 8U softball team for an incredible season! These girls went UNDEFEATED all season and brought home the championship with a big win in the championship game! 🎉👏 We are so proud of their hard work, teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship. 🧱✨ 4th Grade STEAM Challenge! ✨🧱 Our 4th grade students put their creativity, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to the test with a mystery LEGO challenge! Each student received a bucket of LEGOs and had to build a unique creation using every piece. Along the way, they faced surprise challenges, including building with only one hand for two minutes and trading three pieces with an opponent! The students decided to turn their creations into a competition, so their builds are now on display for voting through tomorrow. 🏆 We love seeing our students think outside the box, embrace challenges, and bring their ideas to life! 💡👏 #BES #STEAM #CreativeThinking #StudentSuccess

❤️🎗️ Red Ribbon Week at BES! 🎗️❤️ Make a Difference. Be a Hero. Stay Drug Free! 💪🐾 Our BES Bobcats are celebrating Red Ribbon Week, October 26–30! Join us for a fun week of school spirit as we celebrate making healthy choices and being our BEST! 💙💛 🦸 Monday: Wear Red or Anything with a Superhero! 🚒 Tuesday: First Responders Day 🌈 Wednesday: Perfect Patterns — Tie-dye, Camo, Stripes, or Patterns 🎃 Thursday: Pre-K Costume Day / K–4 Wear Anything Autumn 👻 Friday: Fun Friday — Costume Day for K–4! ✨ A few reminders: Costumes must be comfortable and appropriate for school. Students need shoes for gym and must be able to use the restroom independently. Scary masks, face paint, and fake weapons are not permitted. ❤️ Dress-up days are 100% optional! 🐾 **BES After-School Tutoring is Coming!** 📚✏️

Belmont Elementary School is excited to offer an after-school tutoring program for **students in 1st–4th grade!** Tutoring will provide extra support in **Reading/ELA and Math**, with a focus on homework help and skill building.

📅 **When:** Every Tuesday and Thursday
⏰ **Time:** 3:45–5:00 PM
📌 **Beginning:** Thursday, November 5

Participation is voluntary, but consistent attendance is expected. Space may be limited, so be sure to return your child's signed parent/student contract by **Friday, October 30!**

We look forward to helping our Bobcats build skills, grow their confidence, and do their B.E.S.T.! 🐾❤️🖤
