Is your child due for a dental cleaning or checkup? Belmont Elementary School is hosting a Mobile Dental Clinic! 🪥😁

🦷 Services may include cleanings, fluoride, sealants, and silver diamine fluoride (SDF).

This is a great opportunity for students who do not currently have a dentist or have not visited a dentist in more than a year.

⭐ For Pre-K & Kindergarten students, participation can count toward their dental requirement!

💙 Medicaid and private insurance are accepted, with a sliding scale available for those without insurance. No student will be turned away due to inability to pay.

If you would like your child to participate, please sign and return the form to school by Friday, September 11. Your school nurse will send an application home with your student.

She always gets down to their level and explains to them what they may have done wrong and why they had that consequence. Our students had the BEST time exploring the new equipment, and their excitement made this day even more special! 🛝💙
