MOVHD Mobile Dental Clinic at Pleasants County Middle School on September 11, 2024. Services: Cleaning, fluoride, sealants, and SDF. For students without a dentist or who haven’t seen one in over a year. Fees: Medicaid, Private Insurance, or sliding scale. No student turned away. Thank you to everyone who has chosen to use our new digital form platform. The response has exceeded our best expectations. Today at 3:30 PM, we sent out email reminders to those who have started the process but still have some forms to complete. Please check your email for a message from Droplet to see if you have any additional forms that need to be completed.
At a minimum, everyone should have four forms to complete, with some having as many as twelve forms. We appreciate your continued effort in completing the beginning-of-year forms electronically.
