🏀🎉 Great win for the St. Marys High School girls basketball team! PCMS students had the exciting opportunity to ride a pep bus to Charleston today to cheer on and support the team. The energy and school spirit were incredible! 💜💛 We are so proud of the athletes and grateful our students could be there to be part of such a special moment. Let’s go, Blue Devils! 👏🔥

Pleasants County Middle School would like to thank Artsbridge for bringing the program “Simple Gifts: 2 Women – 12 Instruments” to our students! 🎶🎻🎸 Students enjoyed learning about a variety of instruments and musical styles while seeing and hearing each one played live. Many students were able to participate and interact during the performance, which created great engagement, excitement, and lots of smiles! 👏🎵😊 We truly appreciate this opportunity and our partnership with Artsbridge for bringing meaningful arts experiences to our students. 💙🎶

Today many of our students had the exciting opportunity to attend Education Day at the Wheeling Nailers hockey game! 🏒📚 Students earned their way on this trip by successfully completing multiple science assessments aligned with the WV State Standards. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to learning made this experience possible. We are incredibly proud of the students who earned this opportunity and represented our school so well. A big thank you to our teachers for creating meaningful opportunities that connect learning beyond the classroom! 👏

Congratulations to Daisy Hill on her performance with the West Virginia Middle School All-State Band. She was one of 104 students from across WV. We are extremely proud of her accomplishment.

Our 5th and 6th grade classes are selling Little Caesars from March 2nd – March 25th!

For every item sold, $6.00 goes directly to the class account to help support student activities and events.

PCMS Annual Cardboard Regatta
Friday, March 27th
Students will design boats out of cardboard and two rolls of duct tape. We are accepting donations of cardboard and duct tape in the main office for this event. Thank you!
