Our Bullying Prevention Program, Olweus, has several resources that students, staff, and families can read. Topics include- Why Address Bullying?, Definition, Types of Bullying, Roles Students Play, and Prevalence.
These can make great discussion points when discussing how to prevent and address bullying issues. Access the resources at:

Employees,
We apologize for the short notice, but we just received this information today.
Open Enrollment for 2023 will be conducted next week by American Fidelity. As required by the IRS, all employees must review Section 125 plans annually. An email will be sent to your school email with a link to schedule an appointment. Locations can schedule appointments on the following days: St. Marys High School and Pleasants County Middle School- Monday, October 9 and Tuesday, October 10. Transportation, Maintenance, and the Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute- Wednesday, October 11. Belmont Elementary and St. Marys Elementary- Thursday, October 12 and Friday, October 13. Central Office- Friday, October 13. Again, please log in to your school email to schedule an appointment as required by IRS Section 125.
Thank you.

As we were to phase-in our new bullying prevention program, students in grades 3-12 will be asked to participate in the Olweus Bullying Questionnaire during the first two weeks of October. The information from this questionnaire will help guide our school staff members in implementing the OBPP effectively in our schools. Parents were notified of their right to opt out of having their student participate in this questionnaire in September.
