If you have a middle school student, you’ve probably heard them say “6,7.” Mrs. Bennett and Mrs. Reed decided to turn that trend into a learning opportunity! ✏️Their classes practiced order of operations, and students were surprised when every answer came out to “6,7.” 🎉Congratulations to our 8th-grade winners: Griffin Bowie, Timber Taylor, and Gabby Umensetter!

PCMS Fall Sports Picture Day is Wednesday, October 8th. Coaches will be providing athletes with order forms.

📚✨ Thank You, Pleasants County Library! ✨📚 A big thank you to Kasi Taylor from the Pleasants County Library for visiting PCMS and presenting to our students about all the amazing resources the library offers — including the Libby app! 💳 Students who returned their forms and did not already have a library card were signed up for one during the presentation. 📖 Students who still need a card can stop by the library to get one anytime. 📱 The Libby app is a free web and mobile tool that lets students access ebooks using their library card number. Once checked out, books can be read directly in the app! We are grateful for this partnership that helps our students discover the joy of reading and makes books more accessible than ever. 💙
