St. Marys High School is pleased to announce that Alyssa Dawson will be representing SMHS this summer as the sophomore representative to attend HOBY.
For over 40 years, HOBY West Virginia has been serving the Mountain State by empowering the next generation of youth leaders. HOBY strives to provide ambassadors, like Alyssa with the tools & knowledge necessary to become agents for change in their communities and their schools. Alyssa was nominated by her teachers and school counselor, Mrs. Rinard for her leadership potential and desire for change within her class and school.
Alyssa is a member of the Class of 2026 and the daughter of Ashley and Matthew Dawson of St. Marys.
