SMHS Student Council members spread joy this year buy purchasing, wrapping, and delivering gifts to a family in need. Members are planning another community service event this spring.




The Williamstown girls' basketball JV game for tonight has been cancelled due to illness and injuries in their program. There will still be a varsity only game tonight at 7 pm. Thank you for understanding this short notice, and we hope to see you tonight for the girls' basketball home opener.

The Boys and Girls Club will be closed the remainder of the week.

The SMHS Theatre Department will be performing their winter production, "Did Someone Say Murder?" on Friday, December 16 at 7pm & Saturday, December 17 at 2pm.
Admission is $5 and will be collected at the door.
The students invite all to attend this night of Christmas Spirit, with a side of homicide, a touch of mayhem and just a bit of death.


December 2 is National Special Education Day.

We are open! The Junior Class "Craft Show" opened at 9 am and runs until 3 pm today. There are over 45 local vendors indoors here at the high school for you to support. Get a head start on Christmas shopping, come enjoy a visit and support the SMHS Junior Class.

St. Marys High will be holding their next scheduled LSIC meeting on Monday, November 28th at 4:00 p.m. in the library. This will be our second business meeting for this school year. We invite you to attend. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving break!

Schools will be closed for Thanksgiving Break through November 27. School will resume for staff and students on Monday, November 28.


Parents this is reminder that this Friday is an early dismissal day. School will be dismissing at 1:00 p.m. Parents of younger children need to have someone available to pick them up from the school bus. If you have any questions, please contact your school. Thank you.

The WVSSAC first round football playoff game- St. Marys versus Wahama played at Point Pleasant High School has been moved to Saturday Nov. 12th. The game time will remain at 7:30 p.m. Any tickets already digitally purchased will automatically update and reflect the changes. You will not need to do anything to use them. Any one that still needs to purchase tickets may use the following links. There will NOT be any tickets for sale or card readers to use at the game site for purchase. You MUST have a digitally purchased ticket to attend, as required by the WVSSAC for this event. If you have any questions, please contact our athletic director, 304-684-3272 for assistance. The change was made based on inclement weather and concerns for safe travels due to the current potential hurricane situation involving the east coast. All veterans are welcome to attend the St. Marys High School's veteran assembly and honoree luncheon on Thursday, November 10th starting at 10 a.m. It will be in the gymnasium, so please enter the back doors and all veterans are welcome to sign in a few minutes ahead of time.
