As many of you are aware, Lifetouch provided the incorrect code on SMHS picture packets. Photos that were ordered with that code were not delivered to SMHS. I have contacted Lifetouch and they DO have record of who ordered with that code, and they will soon be printing those photo and delivering them to the high school.
We do not have a timeline, but we can confirm that if you ordered fall photos and did not receive them that Lifetouch is working to print those photos and resolve the issue. We will send them home as soon as they arrive and I will post when we do so that you can let us know if you still haven't received them!
