Reminder for upcoming basketball events. The Lady Devils host Wheeling Central this evening, JV 6 pm and varsity at 7:30 pm. They will be in action at home again on Monday January 8th, JV at 6 pm (playing 2 quarters) and varsity will begin at 7 pm versus Magnolia. The Blue Devils' men will host Wheeling Central basketball tomorrow Jan. 6th at 6 pm for JV and 7:30 for varsity. Come out and support your favorite Blue Devil basketball teams!

The SMHS Thespian Troupe will be performing their competition one act show on Thursday, January 11 at 6 p.m. The piece is titled "About Her" and tells the story of a woman who was is dragged out of a social event by her allegedly abusive husband. Their neighbors are left to consider what they know, or what they 'think' they know about the events that followed.
This performance is open to all family, friends and community members and will be presented free of charge. Please make plans to attend this event as the thespian troupe prepares for the regional competition at Parkersburg South on Saturday, January 13.
