The Lady Devils Girls' Basketball team will compete at the WVSSAC state tournament on Tuesday March 11th at 1 pm vs Ritchie Co. at the Civic Center Coliseum. Pep bus sign ups are in the office at SMHS for high school students only. Ticket sales will be available to the general public for the game as well. Mr. Meeks, athletic director, will attend a WVSSAC meeting on Sunday morning and will send out more information early Sunday afternoon about ticket sales. It is our understanding that 300 tickets will be available for SMHS to sell to our fans. Student tickets for the pep bus will be $8.00, please send correct change or a check made out to SMHS with your student on Monday for any student ticket purchases. More pep bus information and details will also be updated Sunday as well. Thanks.

Reminder: Tonight's Regional Co-Final Girls' Basketball game will tip off at 7 pm. The St. Marys Lady Devils will host the Williamstown Lady Jackets. This is a WVSSAC event and there are NO CASH sales. You can purchase tickets at the gate. St. Marys High has the box office for GoFan, so you can use a debit/credit card to purchase at the gate to avoid dealing with the online purchase and using your phone at the gate. This form needs to be completed for NEW and RETURNING Authorized/Certified Non-Paid Coaches. Before it is turned in, it must be signed by the ✅ head coach, ✅athletic director, and ✅ principal.
As a reminder, returning authorized certified coaches must submit this form and be approved every year.

Girls' basketball Regional Co-Final Tickets on Sale now. The St. Marys Lady Devils will host the Williamstown Lady Jackets on Wednesday 3-5-25 at SMHS. All regional tickets are online or you may purchase at the venue through the box office with a credit or debit card only. There are NO CASH sales for this event. This is a WVSSAC event with all ticket sales going to the WVSSAC. ONLY WVSSAC passes will be honored as well. ALL tickets are General Admission at a cost of $7.00 and GoFan adds a $1.00 charge. Students from SMHS had an incredible experience attending Disability Advocacy Day 2025 at the WV State Capitol! 🏛️ They engaged in meaningful discussions, learned about important legislative processes, and advocated for disability rights. 💪

Reminder about SMHS College/FAFSA night which will be this Thursday the 27th 6pm to 8pm. WVUP and Marietta College will be set up in the commons, to help parents and students explore college options and next steps not just at their school but college in general. WVUP Health Science department to provide information about Nursing and Surgical Tech Programs for students and families. Pleasants County Foundation will also be in attendance to help students with scholarship information and counselors will be there to help. This is going to be open to all SMHS students and their families, so it is a way to get information out about your school to students and families.
Plus, Class of 2025, you can get help completing your FAFSA and understanding next steps with paying for college.

February 22 is School Bus Driver Appreciation Day! Thank you to our hardworking Transportation Department.
Reminder: Senior Visit to Marshall University tomorrow 2-21-25. Please remember your permission slip, if you have not already turned it to to a counselor. The bus will depart from SMHS at 8:15 a.m. and will return approximately 5 p.m. Make sure you have money for lunch as well.
