This week SMHS Physical Fitness students are participating in the FitnessGram. It is the yearly state assessment for our first year high school physical education students. Although there is a waiver in place to forgo test results this year due to COVID, we still want to see where our students are regarding their physical health, and what we can do to improve our students’ health. With only one more component to measure, our data has looked outstanding with the majority of our P.E. students passing all standards thus far.
