Attention parents: All students who will be entering 7th grade in the fall are required to have 2 immunizations. The Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department will be offering a school-based immunization clinic for students needing Tdap and meningitis vaccines. This clinic will be held on Friday, May 12 at PCMS. Parents are not required to be present for this clinic. However, a couple forms are required before immunizations can be given. Insurance information is required, but no student will be turned away due to lack of coverage or inability to pay. Please attach copy of insurance card to forms. Your child will be bringing the forms home this week. Please turn in all required forms no later than Tuesday, May 9. If you have any questions, please call Nurse Keri at 304-299-5276.

We hope everyone had a Happy Easter and is enjoying some sunshine! Staff only return tomorrow (Tues. 4/11/23) and students do not have school. Students return on Wednesday (4/12/23.) Friday (4/14/23) is an early dismissal for faculty senate, which is scheduled on 4/14 to meet state code requirements.
