If you are having trouble accessing it or need a paper copy, please contact your principal. New full-time employees who are not yet on the listserv will receive the information from their building principal or supervisor.

If you come for a physical, we won’t turn you away!” Memorial Health Systems will be offering free sports physicals on Friday, June 6th from 1pm-5pm @ SMHS. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity! 2025-2026 Sports Physicals Memorial Health System- Department of Sports Medicine Friday, June 6th; 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Location: St. Marys High School – Gymnasium Physicals are offered for 6th-12th grade students at no cost.
